Christian E. Merheb

Christian's practice focuses on partnering with businesses to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes. He takes a pragmatic, results-oriented approach by working closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and delivering practical solutions across transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters.

Prior to founding the firm, Christian worked at a mid-size New Hampshire firm where he served in the firm's business and finance, energy and utilities, and litigation practice groups. Before entering private practice, Christian served two years as a Law Clerk for the New Hampshire Superior Court in Manchester, where he handled a diverse range of criminal and civil matters. During his clerkship, he worked extensively with the court's specialty dockets and gained in-depth experience in business litigation, real estate disputes, and land use appeals.

Christian earned his law degree from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. While in law school, he completed legal residencies with Rath, Young and Pignatelli and the New Hampshire Supreme Court under Chief Justice Gordon MacDonald. During his summers, he completed legal internships with the City of Manchester and the New Hampshire Insurance Department. As a member of UNH Law's prestigious Daniel Webster Scholar's program, he developed practical and clinical experience in litigation, business transactions, and alternative dispute resolution. In 2021, he was awarded the Rudman-Peterson Fellowship and conducted fiscal policy research at UNH Law with support from the Peter G. Peterson Foundation.

Christian earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire, with minors in Middle Eastern Studies and Security Studies.
